PerfectMatch.com is having a promotion to buy 1 month and get 1 month free. This offer is a great way to try out the service for a longer time period for a half of the price it would normally cost. As I’ll discuss below, many of us make less than perfect subscription choices when first signing up at online dating services.
Dilemma of Online Dating Subscriptions
One great thing about the PerfectMatch promotion is it gives you the best of both worlds. What I mean is that when dating online (especially early on) it is common for many people to only want to pay for a single month of a dating service. That’s fine but paying for a single month can be much more expensive in the long run.
Still, this approach is understandable: if I don’t like online dating or PerfectMatch, I don’t want to be committed to the service longer than I have to be.
