Cheap but Great Dates

Published on October 3, 2007

Perhaps the only downside to consistent success dating online (or any dating, really) is that all that courting starts to hit the wallet pretty hard. I eventually settled on meeting at coffee shops which was cheap but lacked creativity and fun. This article has some great ideas for cheap dates without making sacrifices on enjoyability. Several of these would not work very well in the early dates so use your head! In my opinion, the best first date options listed are window shopping and visiting a museum. These venues seem to lend themselves to helping the conversation move along…something that can occasionally lag on first dates. I can speak from my dating experience that museums are an excellent change of pace.

If you are beyond the getting-to-know-each-other dates, they’re all great ideas.
